FIFA International Match Calendar

It shall be at the discretion of competition organisers to determine if fixtures shall be played on the same dates as scheduled FIFA International Matches, when the Wales senior squad, either men or women are playing a home fixture (competitive or friendly).

Clubs may request a postponement from the competition organiser of its fixtures scheduled to be played on the same day as a Wales home fixture as described above and that request must be authorised without further sanction if:

• Clubs can demonstrate intention for several players and/or club staff to attend the international match.
• The time or location of the fixtures will have an adverse effect on club’s ability to host the fixture, e.g. if traffic for the international game is likely to impact on the travel in the local area.
